We’re looking for a collaborative, versatile and resourceful Senior Digital Project Manager to join team WILL for a 1-year contract. You will be the heart of our digital portfolio working hands-on with UI/UX designers, writers, developers and our broader internal team to scope, budget and manage digital projects from start to finish. 

Who you are:
You have at least 4 years of experience leading digital projects end-to-end, including custom website builds, setting up third-party platform solutions, content population, and client advisement & relationship building.

• Agile Problem-Solver: You thrive in a fast-paced agency world and know how to find your way through fluid processes.
• Best of Both Worlds: You’re just as comfortable with high-level scoping as you are rolling up your sleeves for CMS entry, admin setup and platform configurations.
• Great Collaborator: You’ll be the bridge between our clients, our internal teams, UI/UX designers, and developer partners, keeping everyone aligned and project deliverables on track.
• Detail-obsessed: You’ll manage quotes, track project hours, and stay on top of burn rates in WorkflowMax, ensuring our hard work stays efficient and profitable.
